Shipping Policy Page:

  • What shipping methods do you offer?   –   Shipping at this time is done thru USPS at the standard shipping rates.
  • How long will it take to ship my item?    –   Unless the item has been pre-made or in stock, it generally takes 5 to 10 business days to complete and prepare for shipping. Keep in mind, all wood items are handmade and it takes some time to make and prep. Once complete, it should be approx. 5-7 business days to receive your item. If its in stock, you can receive it much sooner.
  • Do you ship internationally?    –  We unfortunately don’t ship international at this time simply because we’re not set up to do so. If you are outside of the United States/Canada and would like to order product(s), send a e-mail including contact details and it will be verified if shipping can reasonably be done to your location. You would incure the cost to ship to your location.
  • Do you offer free shipping?    –   We don’t have free shipping at this time unless its a promotion for a product or products.
  • Can you ship a product overnight?    –   At the present time its not available but should be soon as we figure out the logistics to make that work. Once its available, this information will be updated
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged?   –   Contact me immediately thru e-mail or call direct and leave a message. You will receive a return reply and I’ll see how to resolve the issue with the shipping company.

Returns Policy Page:

  • How do I send back a return?    –   Before you send any item back, contact by e-mail and give a explanation of what reason the item is being returnd and you will be proved a Return Authorization (RA) number. All special made orders are non-returnable, example: Items with names or states.
  • Do I need to pay for shipping on returns?    –   Yes, you would be responsible for return shipping.
  • Can I return an item I’ve opened/used?    –   If you recieve a RA number, and the product has been opened but not used, you can return it for a full refund, minus shipping
  • How many days after purchase can I return an item?    –   You have 10 days to request a refund.
  • Do you offer full refunds or just product credit?    –   Yes, full refunds are provided once other refund processes are complete
